No repeating symbol

If text (unique charset) is consisted of unique symbols image will show checkmark if it's not it will show cross.
Unique charset:

From base 10 to base X

Change input (base 10) and output (base X) will automatically change. Default charset is set to hexdecimal (base 16) and it is case senstive. Meaning f is not same as F.
